Troubleshooting & Tips

  • Attachment failed to upload: Check file size, browser connectivity, and supported file types. Re-try after compressing or splitting large files.
  • Session missing: Check All Agent Sessions and Starred Sessions; confirm you didn’t accidentally delete it.
  • Slow responses: Large datasets or complex forecasts may take longer — try a smaller sample to validate the approach, then run full analysis.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

This FAQ provides answers to common questions about AgentIQ.

What is AgentIQ and what can it do?
AgentIQ is a conversational analytics assistant that answers questions, summarizes data, generates insights, runs forecasts, and helps you explore datasets via chat. It can work with uploaded files and interact with datasets available in your workspace.

How do I start a new analysis?
Open the agent via the left nav, click New Session and type a clear prompt describing what you want analyzed.

Are chat sessions saved? How do I find them later?
Yes. Sessions appear under All Agent Sessions. Use Starred Sessions to keep important chats handy, or use search to find sessions by name.

Can I rename or delete sessions?
Yes — click the options (three-dot menu ⋮) next to a chat to rename, star, or delete it.

How do I get better forecasts or more accurate answers?
Provide a clear objective, a clean dataset, the exact time window, and any constraints or assumptions. Ask the agent to show intermediate steps and validation plots. Example: “First show monthly seasonality, then run a 12-month forecast.”

What if the agent’s answer looks wrong?
Ask it to show the sample data and the columns it used, then request step-by-step outputs (summaries, plots, model diagnostics) to identify where the discrepancy arises.

Who do I contact for access or permission issues?
Contact your platform administrator or internal support team; they can confirm access rights and data permissions.
